通过测定土茯苓提取物对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌的抑菌活性,来更全面的评价和综合利用土茯苓资源.实验结果表明土茯苓95%乙醇和乙酸乙酯的提取物抑菌范围广,且抑菌活性强.这两种提取物的MIC和MBC值显示了土茯苓作为抗细菌资源的可利用价值.

The antibacterial activity of extracts of Smilax glabra against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria was studied.The activity was assayed using paper disk method. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentrations (MBC) were tested using the broth dilution method. The result indicated that 95% ethanol extract of S. Glabra had strong and wide antibacterial activety against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.The MIC and MBC of the plant extracts suggested that S. Glabra could be a potential herb of inhibiting and killing bacteral.
