The dynamic model%negative differential feedback of hydraulic cylinder displacement%response characteristic%automatic gauge control (AGC)
首先建立了液压板厚控制系统的动态模型,在此基础上,为了进一步改善液压板厚控制系统的响应特性,提出了缸位移微分负反馈对位置内环的功能进行补偿.仿真结果表明,加入缸位移微分负反馈使系统的响应特性得到了明显提高.
首先建立瞭液壓闆厚控製繫統的動態模型,在此基礎上,為瞭進一步改善液壓闆厚控製繫統的響應特性,提齣瞭缸位移微分負反饋對位置內環的功能進行補償.倣真結果錶明,加入缸位移微分負反饋使繫統的響應特性得到瞭明顯提高.

This article set up a hydraulic control system dynamic model.In order to further improve the hydraulic control system dynamic characteristics, this paper bring forward negative differential feedback of hydraulic cylinder displacement to compensate the function of position inner loop.The simulation show that the response characteristics of system have been markedly improved through negative differential feedback of hydraulic cylinder displacement
