借助微分极化曲线手段研究了缓蚀剂在钢铁表面的吸脱附现象,以缓蚀剂曼尼西碱和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为实例,比较分析了缓蚀剂在钢铁表面的吸附量与微分极化曲线各种参数之间的关系,证实微分极化曲线的吸附参数Q=1-10~(-S)是缓蚀剂的吸附量(缓蚀率 )大小的一个指标.
藉助微分極化麯線手段研究瞭緩蝕劑在鋼鐵錶麵的吸脫附現象,以緩蝕劑曼尼西堿和十六烷基三甲基溴化銨(CTAB)為實例,比較分析瞭緩蝕劑在鋼鐵錶麵的吸附量與微分極化麯線各種參數之間的關繫,證實微分極化麯線的吸附參數Q=1-10~(-S)是緩蝕劑的吸附量(緩蝕率 )大小的一箇指標.

By using two kinds of inhibitor, Mannich and CTAB to research the relation of the differential curve parameters and the inhibitor cover ratio (inhibitor efficiency). The relationship of differential curve adsorption parameter Q and inhibitor cover ratio has been founded. And the adsorption par-meter Q is an index of the inhibitor adsorption.
