液态危化品智能罐箱安装有液位计用于测量内容物液位以及倾角传感器用于测量箱体姿态.在智能罐箱实际使用中,存在液位测量值易受箱体倾斜姿态影响而导致虚假的液体泄漏警报问题.针对此问题,结合液位和倾角信息,借助于solidworks软件二次开发的功能实现了倾斜状态下罐箱参考液位的求解软件,给出了在一定倾角下仍能准确估计智能罐箱液体泄漏状态的方法.构建了一套模拟测试系统,通过实验验证了方法的正确性.

Smart tank for liquid hazardous chemicals transport has a liquid level sensor and an inclination sensor.The liquid level sensor measures the content's liquid level,and the inclination sensor measures the tank's inclination angles.In the actual usage,false liquid leakage alarm may occur because the liquid level is affected by the tank's inclination.To solve this problem,this paper provides a method which can give an accurate estimation of level leakage state for tilted tanks,and the software for liquid level calculation with the further development of solidworks is given.A smart tank simulation system is built to verify the correctness of this approach.
