在研制和开发水浴温度控制仪的过程中,由于现场干扰严重,仪表出现严重的温漂和时漂问题,影响了仪表的精度和工作稳定性.在原系统的基础上,增加了2个精密标准电阻,用以动态实时跟踪元器件参数值的变化,从而有效地解决了系统的温漂和时漂问题.该方法增强了系统工作的稳定性和抗干扰能力,提高了元器件之间的互换性.

In the process of the research and exploiting the water bath temperature controller, because there are severe disrup-tions at work field, the instrument base serious temperature drift and time drift problems,which affect the accuracy and job stability of the instrument. Based on the original system, the solution in this paper only added two typical precision resistances for real-time tracking of dynamic changes in component parameter values, which effectively solve the problem of temperature drift and time drift of the system. This method greatly improves the system stability, anti-interference ability and the interoperability between the compo-nents.
