以达摩兰的原种苗茎段为外植体进行组织培养研究,筛选出最适培养基(1)原球茎诱导:MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 1.0 mg/L + 香蕉肉250 g/L;(2)丛生芽诱导:1/2MS + 6-BA 3 mg/L + NAA 2.0 mg/L + AC 2.5 g/L + 蔗糖3% + 香蕉肉200 g/L;(3)芽增殖:1/2MS + 6-BA 3 mg/L + NAA 2.0 mg/L + AC 2.5 g/L + 蔗糖3% + 香蕉肉150 g/L;(4)根诱导:1/2MS + 6-BA 0.3 mg/L + IBA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L + AC 2.5 g/L + 蔗糖3%.采用珍珠岩、细石与树皮的混合物为培养基质,移栽成活率达95%以上.

The trial used the original seedling stems of dharma orchid for tissue culture technology study, selected out the optimum medium:(1) protocorm induced: MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 1.0 mg/L + banana 250 g/L;(2) bud induced: 1/2 MS + 6-BA 3 mg/L + NAA2.0 mg/L + AC 2.5 mg/L + su 3% + banana 200g/L;(3) shoot proliferation: 1/2 MS + 6-BA3 mg/L + NAA 2.0 mg/L + AC 2.5 mg/L + su 3% + banana 150g/L;(4) rooting: 1/2 MS + 6-BA 0.3 mg/L + IBA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L + AC 2.5 mg/L + su 3%.Using mixture of perlite, fine stone and bark as culture substratum, the survival rate was up to 95%.
