目的 观察美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合利多卡因、地塞米松保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效.方法 将70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例.对照组口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片,3次/d,1.0g/次；治疗纽口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片,3次/d,1.0g/次,联合利多卡因1g、地塞米松5mg保留灌肠,治疗12周,观察临床症状的改善及肠镜肠黏膜表现综合评价疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为94.29％ (33/35),显效率为65.71％ (23/35)；对照组总有效率为71.43％ (25/35),显效率为45.71％ (16/35),两组结果比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 口服5-ASA联合地塞米松及利多卡因保留灌肠治疗活动性溃疡性结肠炎能有效控制临床症状,疗效显著,不良反应少,耐受性好,值得临床推广应用.

목적 관찰미사랍진장용편연합리다잡인、지새미송보류관장치료궤양성결장염적림상료효.방법 장70례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조,각35례.대조조구복미사랍진장용편,3차/d,1.0g/차；치료뉴구복미사랍진장용편,3차/d,1.0g/차,연합리다잡인1g、지새미송5mg보류관장,치료12주,관찰림상증상적개선급장경장점막표현종합평개료효.결과 치료조총유효솔위94.29％ (33/35),현효솔위65.71％ (23/35)；대조조총유효솔위71.43％ (25/35),현효솔위45.71％ (16/35),량조결과비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 구복5-ASA연합지새미송급리다잡인보류관장치료활동성궤양성결장염능유효공제림상증상,료효현저,불량반응소,내수성호,치득림상추엄응용.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of retention enema with mesalazine entericcoated tablets combined with lidocaine and dexamethasone on ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Seventy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated with oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,3 time/d,1.0 g/time; The patients in test group were treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,3 times/d,1.0 g/time,combired with lidocaine 1 g,dexamethasone 5 mg for retention enema,12 weeks of treatment,the improvement of clinical signs and the effect of colonoscopy performance evaluation of intestinal mucosa were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.29％ (33/35),effective rate was 65.71％(23/35) ; the total effective rate of control group was 71.43％ (25/35),effective rate was 45.71％ (16/35),there were significant differences between the two groups(P ＜0.05).Conclusions Retention enema with oral 5-ASA combined with dexamethasone and lidocaine,can effectively control the clinical symptoms of UC,the curative effect is distinct,with fewer side effects,the tolerance is good,is worth clinical application.
