采用一种全新的数值模拟方法--时空守恒元和解元(CE/SE)方法对某六缸柴油机的充气过程进行模拟计算,分析了进气系统结构参数对充量系数的影响,提出了进气系统设计的基本思路.模拟计算和试验结果表明,进气歧管的结构参数对内燃机的性能影响很大.在进行进气系统设计时,重点应放在进气歧管结构参数的优选上.

The gas exchange process of a 6-cylinder diesel engine is simulated by a novel Space-Time Conservation Element & Solution Element (CE-SE) method.The effects of intake system dimensions on volumetric efficiency are analyzed.The basic guidelines are proposed to the design of structural parameters of intake system.The engine volumetric efficiency is dominated by the runner dimensions.High engine performance can only by achieved by optimizing the runner dimensions.
