目的:观察牛磺酸对大鼠严重烧伤后心肌损害的影响.方法:用健康Wistar大鼠,随机分为对照组、烧伤组(造成30%TBSA Ⅲ度烫伤)和治疗组(烧伤后腹腔注射牛磺酸,剂量 400 mg·kg-1体重).于伤后1、3、6、12和 24 h 检测血浆TNF-α、AngⅡ和TnT含量与心肌中TNF-α、AngⅡ含量.结果:烧伤大鼠烧伤后 3 h血浆cTnT呈显著升高,12 h 达峰值,24 h 显著高于对照组;烫伤后 6 h 血浆和心肌组织TNF-α含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01),12 h 达峰值;伤后 1 h 血浆AngⅡ含量呈显著升高,伤后 24 h 血浆及心肌中AngⅡ高于对照组;牛磺酸治疗组血浆cTnT、TNF-α和AngⅡ水平较烧伤组均有显著性降低.血浆TNF-α、AngⅡ含量与血浆cTnT变化密切相关.结论:牛磺酸对严重烫伤后心肌损伤有较好的保护作用.
目的:觀察牛磺痠對大鼠嚴重燒傷後心肌損害的影響.方法:用健康Wistar大鼠,隨機分為對照組、燒傷組(造成30%TBSA Ⅲ度燙傷)和治療組(燒傷後腹腔註射牛磺痠,劑量 400 mg·kg-1體重).于傷後1、3、6、12和 24 h 檢測血漿TNF-α、AngⅡ和TnT含量與心肌中TNF-α、AngⅡ含量.結果:燒傷大鼠燒傷後 3 h血漿cTnT呈顯著升高,12 h 達峰值,24 h 顯著高于對照組;燙傷後 6 h 血漿和心肌組織TNF-α含量顯著高于對照組(P<0.01),12 h 達峰值;傷後 1 h 血漿AngⅡ含量呈顯著升高,傷後 24 h 血漿及心肌中AngⅡ高于對照組;牛磺痠治療組血漿cTnT、TNF-α和AngⅡ水平較燒傷組均有顯著性降低.血漿TNF-α、AngⅡ含量與血漿cTnT變化密切相關.結論:牛磺痠對嚴重燙傷後心肌損傷有較好的保護作用.
목적:관찰우광산대대서엄중소상후심기손해적영향.방법:용건강Wistar대서,수궤분위대조조、소상조(조성30%TBSA Ⅲ도탕상)화치료조(소상후복강주사우광산,제량 400 mg·kg-1체중).우상후1、3、6、12화 24 h 검측혈장TNF-α、AngⅡ화TnT함량여심기중TNF-α、AngⅡ함량.결과:소상대서소상후 3 h혈장cTnT정현저승고,12 h 체봉치,24 h 현저고우대조조;탕상후 6 h 혈장화심기조직TNF-α함량현저고우대조조(P<0.01),12 h 체봉치;상후 1 h 혈장AngⅡ함량정현저승고,상후 24 h 혈장급심기중AngⅡ고우대조조;우광산치료조혈장cTnT、TNF-α화AngⅡ수평교소상조균유현저성강저.혈장TNF-α、AngⅡ함량여혈장cTnT변화밀절상관.결론:우광산대엄중탕상후심기손상유교호적보호작용.
To investigate the effect of taurine on myocardial injury in rats with severe burns. METHDOS: 110 healthy adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: the normal control (n=10, without burns), the burn group (n=50, subjected to a 30% total body surface area III degree scald injury), and the group treated with taurine (n=50), by abdominal cavity injection taurine (400 mg·kg-1) after scald injury immediately. Levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), troponin (cTnT) and angiotensinⅡ (AngⅡ) in plasma and content of TNF-α, AngⅡ in myocardium were assayed at 1,3,6,12 and 24 h postburn. RESULTS: Plasma cTnT increased markedly at 3h postburn, peaking at 12 h, and it was still higher than that of the control at 24 h postburn. TNF-α in plasma and myocardium also increased markedly at 6 h postburn, peaking at 12 h postbrun, and decreased somewhat at 24 h postburn,but it was still higher than that of the control group. Plasma AngⅡ increased significantly at 1 h postburn, peaking at 6 h postburn, and it was also higher than that of the control in plasma and myocardium at 24 h postburn. After treated with taurine,however,levels of cTnT, TNF-α and AngⅡ in plasma and myocardium decreased significantly compared with that of the burn group. Additionally, the levels of TNF-α and AngⅡ in plasma were correlated with cTnT levels. CONCLUSION: Taurine can protect myocardium from injury following severe burns.
