青海涩北气田位干柴达木盆地东部三湖地区,平均海拔2 700 m左右,地表为盐碱滩,寸草不生.该气田的井存在地层缩径严重、起下钻遇阻遇卡、盐水侵、井漏频繁、测井一次成功率低、钻井速度慢等钻井技术难题.为加快建设高原千万吨级油气田,开展了青海涩北气田优快钻井技术项目,研究了由高矿化度地层复合盐水配制的强包被聚合物钻井液技术,并在涩北气田第四系含盐地层试验成功,形成了配套的钻井液配制工艺和维护处理技术措施.该钻井液具有优异的包被抑制能力,解决了制约涩北气田钻井提速的起下钻遇阻遇卡、测井一次成功率低等技术瓶颈,对提高涩北气田钻井速度、保护产层、加快气田开发等方面起到了一定的促进作用.
青海澀北氣田位榦柴達木盆地東部三湖地區,平均海拔2 700 m左右,地錶為鹽堿灘,吋草不生.該氣田的井存在地層縮徑嚴重、起下鑽遇阻遇卡、鹽水侵、井漏頻繁、測井一次成功率低、鑽井速度慢等鑽井技術難題.為加快建設高原韆萬噸級油氣田,開展瞭青海澀北氣田優快鑽井技術項目,研究瞭由高礦化度地層複閤鹽水配製的彊包被聚閤物鑽井液技術,併在澀北氣田第四繫含鹽地層試驗成功,形成瞭配套的鑽井液配製工藝和維護處理技術措施.該鑽井液具有優異的包被抑製能力,解決瞭製約澀北氣田鑽井提速的起下鑽遇阻遇卡、測井一次成功率低等技術瓶頸,對提高澀北氣田鑽井速度、保護產層、加快氣田開髮等方麵起到瞭一定的促進作用.

Sebei gas field is located in Qaidam Basin in Qinghai and has an average sea level of 2,700 m. The surface of this gas field is covered with a salina and no vegetation can be found in this area. Wells drilled in this gas field have encountered several kinds of downhole problems such as severe tight hole, drag and pipe sticking during trip, saltwater cut, frequent mud losses, difficulties in well logging and low ROP etc. Field analysis and laboratory study showed that the formation saltwater has a high salinity and can be used in formulating polymer drilling fluids. One inhibitive polymer drilling formulated with the formation water was used successfully in drilling the Quaternary salt formations, remarkably minimizing the downhole problems encountered previously.
