筛选到一株能高效转化薯蓣皂苷生成薯蓣皂苷元的菌株,并进行液体发酵转化,HPLC检测发酵前后薯蓣皂苷及薯蓣皂苷元含量的变化,表明经菌株的转化作用后,黄姜中的薯蓣皂苷生成薯蓣皂苷元.本研究对发酵条件包括培养基成份,底物浓度,装量,接种量,转速进行优化,并找到充分利用黄姜的生态环保的预处理方法,建立了一种高效清洁的薯蓣皂苷元生产工艺.
篩選到一株能高效轉化藷蕷皂苷生成藷蕷皂苷元的菌株,併進行液體髮酵轉化,HPLC檢測髮酵前後藷蕷皂苷及藷蕷皂苷元含量的變化,錶明經菌株的轉化作用後,黃薑中的藷蕷皂苷生成藷蕷皂苷元.本研究對髮酵條件包括培養基成份,底物濃度,裝量,接種量,轉速進行優化,併找到充分利用黃薑的生態環保的預處理方法,建立瞭一種高效清潔的藷蕷皂苷元生產工藝.

A strain was screened to efficiently transform dioscin into diosgenin, and to perform the liquid fermentation. The results by HPLC demonstrated that the content of dioscin and diosgenin changed after fermentation, and that dioscin converted into diosgenin in D. zingiberensis C. H.Wright by transformation. The optimum fermentation condition include culture medium components, substrate content, liquid volume, inoculation, rotate speed. Find out the eco-friendly pretreatment method which can make full use of D.zingiberensis C.H.Wright. And establish a high efficient and clean method for the production process of the D.zingiberensis C.H.Wright
