通过Fe16Mn6Si7Cr7Ni合金变形量的大小和形变的类型来研究马氏体的转变特征.形变类型及变形量为:冷轧13%~28%;拉伸4%~17%.并通过热膨胀法测量合金相转变起始温度和转变终了温度,合金的相组成和微观结构特征通过XRD、SEM获得.研究结果表明:冷变形过程均会导致合金的形状恢复率降低,导致应力诱发ε、α/马氏体的形成,并使热马氏体的帆低于室温.

The characteristics of martensitic transformation in Fe16Mn6Si7Cr7Ni alloy were investigated by the amount and type of deformation: 13% to 28% cold rolling, and 4% to 17% elongation. The starting and finishing transformation temperature of the alloys was measured by dilatometry method. The constitution and microstrueture of the alloys were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy. The results show that cold forming processes decrease the shape recovery ratio and induce the formation of ε and α/ martensitic, and make the starting transformation temperature of thermal martensitic below room temperature.
