目的 评估镍钛记忆合金网状支架治疗前列腺增生(BPH)伴尿潴留远期疗效.方法 对175例年龄61～103岁,平均(83.5±4.2)岁BPH患者应用镍钛记忆合金网状支架治疗,术后36、60个月进行随访.结果 术后36、60个月的总有效率分别为75%、58%.结论 镍钛记忆合金网状支架治疗前列腺增生伴尿潴留远期疗效不如近期疗效,但对高龄、高危BPH伴尿潴留的患者是一种有效的方法.

Objective To evaluate long-term effectiveness of endourethral wallstent scaffold in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) with urinary retention.Methods Total of 175 BPH patients with mean age was (83.5±4.2) years(61-103years)who underwent selfexpanding flexible endourethral wallstent were retrospectively analyzed.They were followed up at 36th and 60th month post-operatively.Results The effective rate were 75% and 58% respectively after operation at 36th month and 60th month.Conclusion For long-term effectiveness in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) with urinary retention, endourethral wailstent scaffold might be not an ideal choice, but it was valid for high risky and elder BPH patients with urinary retention.
