以宝钢自备电厂烟气脱硫(Flue Gas Desulphurization,FGD)废水处理为例,通过采用新的铬还原剂和除氟剂等关键技术工艺,成功对废水中的六价铬等重金属离子和氟离子等难治理物质进行有效去除。根据工艺需要,针对性的采用耐氯腐蚀材料进行防腐。经运行监测表明,排放水质达到排放标准,系统运行稳定。此关键技术工艺对国内FGD废水工艺设计和实施具有一定参考价值。

According to wastewater of the self-supply power plant of Bao Steel,several key technologies such as chromic-reducing,fluorine-removal agents etc.are employed to effectively remove heavy metal ions like Cr6+,refractory substances like fluorinate ions etc.As the working condition demands,chlorine-proof material is adopted for anticorrosion.Monitoring and measurement of the system operation reveal that the quality of effluent meets wastewater discharge standard and system operation is stable.This practice can be an example for the design and implementation of FGD wastewater treatment technology in China.
