目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症患者治疗前后血清脂联素和高敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)水平的变化意义.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测脂联素含量,同时采用免疫比浊法对血清Hs-CRP进行测定;分别测定46例子宫内膜异位症患者血清脂联素和Hs-CRP含量,并与34名正常健康人作比较.结果 在治疗前血清Hs-CRP水平非常显著地高于对照组(P<0.01),而脂联素水平则显著地低于对照组(P<0.01),经治疗3个月后,则与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).EMS患者治疗前血清脂联紊和Hs-CRP含量呈明显的负相关(r=-0.57,P<0.01).结论 子宫内膜异位症的发生与发展与血清脂联素和Hs-CRP水平密切相关.

Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum adiponectin and Hs-CRP levels after treatment in patients with endometriosis.Methods Concentrations of resistin were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and Hs-CRP was determined by rate nephelometry immunoassay.Serum adiponectin and Hs-CRP levels were determined in 46 patients with endometriosis both before and after treatment as well as in 34 controls.Results Before treatment,the serum Hs-CRP levels in patients were significantly higher than those in the controls(P<0.01).while the adiponectin levels were significantly lower(P<0.01).After 3 months of treatment all the levels were not significantly different from those in controls(P>0.05).Conclusion Development of endometriosis were closely related to the serum levels of adiponectin and Hs-CRP.
