运用三维设计软件Solid Works建立了梳理机工作辊的三维几何模型,以cosmos为有限元分析平台,建立了工作辊的有限元分析模型.确定了计算工况并进行了工作辊的有限元模拟计算.在对工作辊不同尺寸参数对比分析计算结果的基础上,找到了影响工作辊的变形因素,提出了合理设计工作辊的方案,结果表明,采用计算机数值模拟技术是设计工作辊的有效手段,能有效地了解工作辊的力学性能,提前预测工作辊的工作缺陷,大大降低设计成本,提高设计质量.

The three-dimensional models of the Working-roll of carder is established by three-dimensional design software solid works and the working process of working-rolls is simulated by finite element analysis software cosmos. Through comparison analysis the simulative results of different dimensions parameters for the working-rolls, it finds that the important factors of impact of work roll deformation and the reasonable suggestions are proposed to design working-roll. The simulation results show that numerical simulation is an effective method to design the working-roll of carder and it can find out the mechanical properties and working faults in the working process of working-rolls in advance. Using the computer simulation technology to design product not only reduces design price greatly but also improves the design efficiency and quality.
