以花脸蘑蛋白粗提液为对象,研究了其诱导烟草对TMV的抗性,对TMV的体外钝化作用及对TMV引起的番茄病毒病的室内控制作用;探讨了浓度、温度、pH值对花脸蘑蛋白粗提液抗TMV活性的影响.结果表明:当粗提液浓度为100 μg/mL时,诱导烟草抗TMV的侵染枯斑抑制率可达83.97%,对TMV的体外钝化作用的枯斑抑制率为74.57%,对番茄病毒病的室内控制效果达到82.70%,表明花脸蘑蛋白粗提液通过诱导抗病性和对TMV的体外钝化作用达到了控制TMV的作用;花脸蘑蛋白粗提液具有很好的温度稳定性,在50 ℃的条件下处理30 min,抗TMV侵染的枯斑抑制率仍达66.30%;花脸蘑蛋白粗提液也具有很好的pH值稳定性,pH敏感性试验表明,在pH为4.0~10.0的条件下,都具有抗TMV活性,在中性(pH=8)的条件下,活性最强可达81.50%.
以花臉蘑蛋白粗提液為對象,研究瞭其誘導煙草對TMV的抗性,對TMV的體外鈍化作用及對TMV引起的番茄病毒病的室內控製作用;探討瞭濃度、溫度、pH值對花臉蘑蛋白粗提液抗TMV活性的影響.結果錶明:噹粗提液濃度為100 μg/mL時,誘導煙草抗TMV的侵染枯斑抑製率可達83.97%,對TMV的體外鈍化作用的枯斑抑製率為74.57%,對番茄病毒病的室內控製效果達到82.70%,錶明花臉蘑蛋白粗提液通過誘導抗病性和對TMV的體外鈍化作用達到瞭控製TMV的作用;花臉蘑蛋白粗提液具有很好的溫度穩定性,在50 ℃的條件下處理30 min,抗TMV侵染的枯斑抑製率仍達66.30%;花臉蘑蛋白粗提液也具有很好的pH值穩定性,pH敏感性試驗錶明,在pH為4.0~10.0的條件下,都具有抗TMV活性,在中性(pH=8)的條件下,活性最彊可達81.50%.

The crude protein extracted from Lepista sordida was studied,which can induce tobacco resistance to TMV, anti-TMV in vitro and control tomato virus disease caused by TMV. The effect on the anti-TMV activity of the protein by its concentration, temperature and pH were also studied. The results showed that when the concentration is 100μg/mL, the inhibition ratio of induced resistance to TMV and anti-TMV in vitro were 83.97% and 74.57%, respectively, the control ration of tomato virus disease was 82.70% in the greenhouse. When the crude protein was bathed at 50 ℃ for 30 min, the inhibition ratio of anti-TMV was 66.30%, and the results of pH test showed that crude protein from Lepista sordida can keep a high activity of anti-TMV between pH4.0-10.0, and its inhibition ratio of anti-TMV is 81.50% at pH8.0, which is the optimum pH.
