为了对武器中的惯性测量组合实施监视与诊断,提出了一套实时在线的故障诊断系统;该系统利用TEAMS-RT与LabVIEW软件和多信号模型建模,实时采集测试点的信号并进行分析,得出惯性测量组合的工作状态;最后通过Simulink模拟产生故障,对整个系统实行检验,结果表明系统正确地推断出故障;所设计的系统,具有在线、实时的特点,可在惯性测量组合的工作过程中及时发现并隔离故障.
為瞭對武器中的慣性測量組閤實施鑑視與診斷,提齣瞭一套實時在線的故障診斷繫統;該繫統利用TEAMS-RT與LabVIEW軟件和多信號模型建模,實時採集測試點的信號併進行分析,得齣慣性測量組閤的工作狀態;最後通過Simulink模擬產生故障,對整箇繫統實行檢驗,結果錶明繫統正確地推斷齣故障;所設計的繫統,具有在線、實時的特點,可在慣性測量組閤的工作過程中及時髮現併隔離故障.

In order to monitor and diagnose the Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) in the weapons, a real - time and online fault diagnosis system is given. In this system, the software includes TEAMS- RT and LabVIEW was used and multi -signal model was used to modeling,and the signals from test points were collected and analyzed to educe the work state of IMU. At last, the fault was produced by Simulink to checkout the whole system, which could be deduced exactly that proved by the test result. The system designed in this paper, has the character as online and real-time, could find and isolate the fault when the IMU at work.
