以1949~2007年间我国干旱及灾害发生的事实为依据,对干旱及灾害的特点及时空分布进行了讨论,并通过对比1980年前后2段时期干旱发生发展的规律进行了我国干旱情势研究.分析了随着我国国民经济的高速发展对水资源的需求的增加,以及气候变暖等因素的影响,我国干旱的变化和发展趋势.
以1949~2007年間我國榦旱及災害髮生的事實為依據,對榦旱及災害的特點及時空分佈進行瞭討論,併通過對比1980年前後2段時期榦旱髮生髮展的規律進行瞭我國榦旱情勢研究.分析瞭隨著我國國民經濟的高速髮展對水資源的需求的增加,以及氣候變暖等因素的影響,我國榦旱的變化和髮展趨勢.

Based on the data of the droughts and relevant disasters occured from 1949 to 2007 in China, the characteristics and spatio-temporal distribution of the drought and drought disaster are discussed, and then the drought situation in China is also investigated through comparing the occurring and developing laws of the droughts between the two periods (from 1949 to 1979 and from 1980 to 2007). The changing and developing trend of the drought in China under the impacts of both the increase of the water demand due to the fast development of national economy and the global climate warming is analyzed as well.
