选用二阶旋转中心复合设计法优化玉竹多糖提取工艺。以提取时间,提取温度,料液比为因变量,以玉竹多糖得率(Y)为自变量,分别用两因素相互作用模型和二次多项式模型描述因变量和自变量之间的数学关系,绘制等高线图,确定较优处方并进行验证试验。优化后的提取工艺为提取时间111min,提取温度76℃,料液比1:18.5,在此优化的艺条件下玉竹多糖得率为8.76%。实际测得的平均得率8.82%,与理论预测值相比,其相对误差约为0.68%。

The processes of extracting polysacchafides of Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.) Druc was optimized. The duration of time, temperature, ratio of solid and liquid were taken as the independent variables. Two - factor - design and Cubic polynomial models were used to estimate the relationship between the dependent and independent variables, and contour plots was drawn to select the optimal formulation and validation. The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccha- rides from Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.) Druc was obtained that ratio of solid and liquid was 1 : 18.5, temperature was 76 ℃, and duration of time was 111 min with 2 repetitions. The yield of polysaccharides of Polygonatum odoratum ( Mill. ) Druc was 8.76%. Measured value was 8.82%. The absolute value between measured value and predictive value of index fell was 0. 68%.
