A serious economic damage will be brought out after the power network fluctuation. In order to keep the damage to a minimum, most petrochemical enterprises adopt the anti-electricity dazzling technology. This paper expatiated on anti-electricity dazzling measures and their functions analysis for high-voltage and low-voltage motors when the power network fluctuation happened in certain petrochemical enterprise. In allusion to on-site operation problems, the relevant improving measures were raised. The system gains a sound effect after technical innovation.
