高职院校的教师队伍建设应该按照“双师型”教师队伍建设的要求,培养具有良好的思想政治素质和职业道德素质、文化素质、健康的心理和身体素质,并且通晓职业教育教学理论的,有业务实践经验的教师。文章对“双师型”教师的业务要求、能力要求,以及培养方式等方面进行了探讨,并提出了一些具体的建议。

Team building of higher vocational schools should be in accordance with the "Dual-qualification" teachers' requirements.
