采用微波消解-氢化物发生ICP-AES法测定化妆品中的Hg、As和Pb,加入L-半胱氨酸消除了过渡金属离子的干扰,考察了微波消解、氢化物发生的最佳条件。建立的方法简便快速,测定Hg、As和Pb的RSD分别为0.59%、1.2%、2.4%(n=10),样品加标回收率分别为98.5%、99.3%和100.1%。该法已应用于化妆品的常规测定,得到满意的结果。

A microwave assisted digestion-hydride generation ICP-AES methodwas established for the determination of Hg, As and Pb in cosmetics. The experimental conditions of microwave assisted digestion-hydride generation were optimized. The interference of transitional elements in cosmetics was eliminated by the addition of an appropriate amount of L-cysteine. The recoveries of the method for Hg, As and Pb of standard samples were found to be 98.5% , 100.1% , 99.3% , respectively, while RSD(n=10) is 0.59% for Hg,1.2% for As and 2.4% for Pb. The method has been applied to the analysis of cosmetics with satisfactory results.
