The technological design features , process flow , equipment level , process distribution and main materi-al flow routes of 8 strands billet caster in Yingkou Steel have been described , meanwhile the complex blank discharging system applying to various of hot delivery and offline scale in the case of multiflow caster has been introduced .The sys-tem configuration of a set of water filling and drainage system used for the billet caster and the blank caster alternately in the same workshop has been illustrated in detail as well .
