目的:测定陕西产茜草中1,3,6-trihydroxy-2-methylanthraquinone-3-O-3-[3-O-acetyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside]的含量.方法:选用Purospher star RP-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm, Merck公司);流动相为甲醇-水-四氢呋喃 (65∶34.7∶0.3),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为276 nm,柱温为25℃,外标法定量分析.结果:该方法在0.020 μg~0.160 μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率101.4,RSD=2.0% (n=6),测定结果为0.053%.结论:该法测定茜草中1,3,6-trihydroxy-2-methylanthraquinone-3-O-3-[3-O-acetyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside]含量灵敏、准确、重现性好.
