介绍了所设计的100ns高温超导延迟线.采用的基片直径为2英寸的铝酸镧,双面溅射高温超导YBCO薄膜,制备了实际的电路,通过级联的方式,获得了长延时的结果.实测结果显示:在65K下,此高温超导延迟线在1.5~6.5GHz的频率范围内,延时100ns以上,插入损耗小于7.6dB,驻波比优于1.5.良好的驻波性能(反射波损耗)使得这种延迟线能够与其它组件级联起来而不会使系统的性能降低.

A high temperature superconducting (HTS) delay line with meandered structure is designed in the paper. The delay line is fabricated on 2 inches LaALO3 substrate, which is double-coated with YBCO films. Long delay time has been gained with cascaded structure. The measured results show that from 1.5GHz to 6.5GHz the delay time is longer than 100ns and the insertion loss is lower than 7.6dB,VSWR ( Voltage Standing-Wave Ratio ) is 1.5.Excellent return loss performance enables the delay line to be cascaded with other components without any degradation in the system.
