首先采用复合增塑剂(由甘油、甲酰胺和尿素组成)对天然淀粉进行改性,并在高温高剪切作用下制得热塑性淀粉(TPS);然后以乙烯,酷酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)为主要原料,并辅以聚合松香、聚乙烯蜡、抗氧剂和填料等制备出新型低成本TPS/EVA热熔胶.通过多种分析手段对产品的晶体结构、软化点、剪切强度、熔体指数(MI)及各组分间相容性等进行了研究,并对产品的性能、成本和工艺进行了分析.结果表明:当w(EVA)=30%(相对于热熔胶而言)、w(TPS)=20%(相对于热熔胶而言)时,TPS/EVA热熔胶的成本低于传统热熔胶,并且均匀度较好、粘接强度超过2.0 MPa,可广泛用于纸盒、包装材料、一次性制品加工和无纺产品成型等领域.

The natural starch was modified by composite plasticizer(namely glycerol,methanamide and urea), then the thermal plastic starch(TPS) was prepared by action of high temperature and high shearing strength,so a novel TPS/EVA hot melt adhesive with low cost was produced by EVA as main material and auxiliary materials such as polymerized rosin,polyethylene wax,antioxidants,fillers and so on. The crystallization structure,softening point, shear strength, melt index (MI) and compatibility among components of the product were studied by various analysis method,and the performances,cost and technology of product were analysed. The results showed that the cost of TPS/EVA hot melt adhesive was lower than of traditional hot melt adhesive when mass fractions of EVA and TPS were 30% and 20% respectively in hot melt adhesive. The TPS/EVA hot melt adhesive had better homoge neous,its bonding strength was above 2.0 MPa,and could be widely used in cartons,packaging materials,machining for one-time products,moulding for non-woven products and other fields.
