测定了HSFD型等温淬火油和N32机械油的件能指标和冷却特性曲线.通过两种用于齿轮淬火冷却的淬火介质的对比实验分析,讨论了淬火介质的冷却特性对齿轮性能和尺寸变化的影响.结果表明,HSFD型分级等温淬火油可以起到替代N32机械油的作用,并成功地用于齿轮生产,齿轮经热处理后.不仅组织结构、力学性能可以满足要求,而且可以减小齿轮变形.

The performance index and cooling characteristic curve of HSFD isothermal quenching oil and N32 mechanical oil were measured.The influence of cooling characteristics of the quenching cooling medium on the properties and dimensions of the gears was discussed through analyzing the quenching process.The results show that the HSFD isothermal quenching oil can replace the N32 mechanical Oil.it is successfully applied in the gears production.The mechanical property of the gears and the microstructure can accord with the demands of standard and the distortion of the gears decreases after heat treatment.
