利用响应面法分析优化玉米油、葵花籽油以及油茶籽油的配比,使其调和后的氧化稳定性最好.用Matlab程序对实验数据进行分析,最终得出当玉米油、葵花籽油和油茶籽油的质量分数分别为23.214 3%、0、76.785 7%时,调和油的氧化稳定性最好,诱导时间最长,达到6.534 5 h.

The proportion of the blend oil of corn oil,sunflower seed oil and oil-tea camellia seed oil with the best oxidation stability was studied by response surface methodology.Experimental data were analyzed by design Matlab software.The results showed that when the mass fraction of corn oil,sunflower seed oil and oil-tea camellia seed oil was 23.214 3%,0 and 76.785 7%,the blend oil had the best oxidation stability,and the induction time was 6.534 5 h.
