孤石区桥梁桩基础施工效率低、成本高。汕头-昆明高速公路潮州段对孤石区桥梁桩基采用逐桩钻探,通过优化设计减少桩数、缩短桩长,施工中综合采用浅层挖除、超前钻孔爆破、抛石纠偏、桩孔内钻孔爆破等方法,取得较好的效果。
孤石區橋樑樁基礎施工效率低、成本高。汕頭-昆明高速公路潮州段對孤石區橋樑樁基採用逐樁鑽探,通過優化設計減少樁數、縮短樁長,施工中綜閤採用淺層挖除、超前鑽孔爆破、拋石糾偏、樁孔內鑽孔爆破等方法,取得較好的效果。

Construction efficiency of piles of bridges where many isolated stones have been encountered is low and their cost is high.Each pile of bridges of Chaozhou segment of Shantou-Kunming Expressway which may encounter isolate stones was investigated by drilling.Some piles were decreased and shortened through design optimization.Comprehensive construction measures such as excavation of superficial isolate stones,drilling and blasting before construction of piles,declination correction through filling broken stones,drilling and blasting in the holes of piles were taken for the project.The above measures were proven effective and economical.
