将家蚕核型多角体病毒(Bombyx mori Nuclear PolyhedrosisVirus,BmNPV)的解链酶基因DNA和苜蓿尺蠖核型多角体病毒(Autographa califonica Multiple Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus,AcMNPV)的基因组DNA共转染到秋粘虫细胞系Sf-21,经过累代的筛选获得既能感染家蚕细胞,又能感染秋粘虫细胞的宿主域扩大的杂交型病毒HyNPV。
將傢蠶覈型多角體病毒(Bombyx mori Nuclear PolyhedrosisVirus,BmNPV)的解鏈酶基因DNA和苜蓿呎蠖覈型多角體病毒(Autographa califonica Multiple Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus,AcMNPV)的基因組DNA共轉染到鞦粘蟲細胞繫Sf-21,經過纍代的篩選穫得既能感染傢蠶細胞,又能感染鞦粘蟲細胞的宿主域擴大的雜交型病毒HyNPV。

The helicase gene of Bombyx mori Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus werecontransfected into Sf-21 cell with the genomic DNA of Autographa californica Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus.The hostrange expanded hybrid virus (HyNPV),which could infect both Bm cell line and Sf cell line,was constructed via multiple generation selection.
