以1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为硬段,聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)为软段,赖氨酸乙酯盐酸盐(Lys-OEt)为扩链剂合成了一种新型聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯弹性体,并制成聚氨酯膜,在不同温度和时间下对聚氨酯进行退火热处理.采用FT-IR、~1H-NMR对聚氨酯进行结构分析;热处理前后,通过AFM、XRD和力学测试仪对聚氨酯进行性能测试.结果表明:热处理使赖氨酸乙酯扩链聚氨酯微相分离的程度变大,结晶性能更好,力学性能提高,弹性回复率增大.
以1,6-六亞甲基二異氰痠酯(HDI)為硬段,聚碳痠酯二元醇(PCDL)為軟段,賴氨痠乙酯鹽痠鹽(Lys-OEt)為擴鏈劑閤成瞭一種新型聚碳痠酯型聚氨酯彈性體,併製成聚氨酯膜,在不同溫度和時間下對聚氨酯進行退火熱處理.採用FT-IR、~1H-NMR對聚氨酯進行結構分析;熱處理前後,通過AFM、XRD和力學測試儀對聚氨酯進行性能測試.結果錶明:熱處理使賴氨痠乙酯擴鏈聚氨酯微相分離的程度變大,結晶性能更好,力學性能提高,彈性迴複率增大.

A set late-model polycarbonate-based polyurethane were prepolymerized by 1, 6-hexamethylene diisocya-nate and polycarbonate diol, and they were chain-extended by lysine ethyl ester(Lys-OEt). Then the polyurethane were make into films. Under different temperature and time condition , the polyurethane films were dealed with thermal annea-ling. The polyurethanes' configuration were analysed by FT-IR, ~1H-NMR, and tested properties by AFM, XRD and me-chanics testing instrument after thermal disposing. The results showed that the weenie configuration separateion degree en-hanced, crystal property was better, mechanics property heightened and elastic recovery percentage increased after the pol-yurethane chain-extended by Lys-OEt dealed with thermal annealing.
