Power systems with uncertainties have emerged recently as new energy sources and Evehicles and have been increasingly introduced to the power grid as a response to the demands of environmental protection.Some topology control problems were discussed in the defense of power systems under uncertainties.Graph theory formulation of the problems,challenges and progresses were presented.
