With the popularizaton of human-oriented management concept,the humanized nursing management as a modern mode of management had emerged.Besides,people's demand towards medical service was higher than ever before,medical workers especially nurses working in the pediatric department were under more and more pressure.Based upon human-oriented concept,we implement humanized management in the pediatric nursing in order to provide nurses a comfortable working environment.This method can arose their enthusiasm and motivate their initiatives,so we can improve the nursing quality and the patient satisfaction.
