V-Ti微合金化非调质钢(%):0.10~0.20C,0.6~1.0Si,1.4~2.0Mn,0.6~1.0Cr,0.06~0.12V,0.04~0.10Ti,经热轧后的Φ19 mm成品材在最大应力540 MPa,应力比0.1时的疲劳寿命>107,但经1 100~1 200 ℃ 1.5~2 min感应加热锻后空冷的该钢抽油杆锻件平均疲劳寿命仅为11.7×104.检测和分析表明,热轧材的晶粒平均面积为785 μm2,抽油杆锻件疲劳断裂部位的晶粒平均面积为3 155 μm2.抽油杆锻件表面有过热和严重晶界氧化现象,疲劳断裂的裂纹起源于表面并延沿晶界扩展,致使疲劳寿命急剧降低.
