为了避免传统人工裂缝宽度检测方法耗时、耗力、危险、花费高等缺点,提出了一种新的基于数字图像处理技术的表面裂缝宽度测量方法.介绍了该法首先通过编制的程序对采集到的数字图像进行像素标定、灰度转换、阈值分割、中值滤波等步骤后,提取裂缝的图像,进而计算得到裂缝的宽度的过程.同时,利用试验方法对该法进行了误差分析,验证了该法具有相当高的精确性与可行性,可以满足工程实际的需要.

The surface crack width of bridge is a very important index in the security assessment of bridges.Conventional manual crack width detection method is labor-consuming,dangerous and costly.To avoid these shortcomings,a new surface crack width detection method based on digital image process was presented.By using this method,the procedure to process the digital image,including pixel calibration,grayscale convert,threshold segmentation,median filtering by produced program,and then extract the image of the crack and calculate the width,was presented.The error analysis of the method was also performed by test to verify its feasibility and the accuracy,which shows that this method can meet the requirement of engineering practice.
