从健康蛇足石杉的茎中分离内生真菌,用PDA培养基分离纯化菌株,对照真菌鉴定手册,根据菌株的菌落形态、大小、颜色、生长速率以及菌丝体和孢子的形态特征进行鉴定。从蛇足石杉的茎中分离出5株内生真菌,经鉴定它们分别属于链格孢霉属、镰刀菌属、无孢类群和青霉属。
從健康蛇足石杉的莖中分離內生真菌,用PDA培養基分離純化菌株,對照真菌鑒定手冊,根據菌株的菌落形態、大小、顏色、生長速率以及菌絲體和孢子的形態特徵進行鑒定。從蛇足石杉的莖中分離齣5株內生真菌,經鑒定它們分彆屬于鏈格孢黴屬、鐮刀菌屬、無孢類群和青黴屬。
종건강사족석삼적경중분리내생진균,용PDA배양기분리순화균주,대조진균감정수책,근거균주적균락형태、대소、안색、생장속솔이급균사체화포자적형태특정진행감정。종사족석삼적경중분리출5주내생진균,경감정타문분별속우련격포매속、렴도균속、무포류군화청매속。
In this paper,Endophytic fungi were isolated from the healthy tip stem of Huperzia serrata.The endophytic fungi were cultured in PDA medium and purified by the methods of agar plate.At the same time the endophytic fungi were identified by observing colony morphology,size,color,and the growth rate of mycelium and spores of the morphological features by comparing the Identification Handbook of Fungus.The results showed that there were five endophytic fungi species isolated from the tip stem of Huperzia serrata,which respectively belonged to Alternaria,Fusarium,Mycelia sterlia and Penicillium.
