<金匮要略>认为痹证的形成是内因、外因共同作用的结果,内因主要表现为人体本身之气虚及阳虚,外因为风、寒、湿邪之侵袭.因此,在治疗上以益气温阳、解表散寒、祛风除湿药为主药.观其用药,在众多的此类药物中,又偏重于黄芪、附子、麻黄、桂枝、白术、薏苡仁的运用.
<금궤요략>인위비증적형성시내인、외인공동작용적결과,내인주요표현위인체본신지기허급양허,외인위풍、한、습사지침습.인차,재치료상이익기온양、해표산한、거풍제습약위주약.관기용약,재음다적차류약물중,우편중우황기、부자、마황、계지、백술、의이인적운용.
"Golden Chamfer"(Jin Gui Yao Lue,Zhongjing Zhang.Han Dynasty),a Chinese medicine-based clinieal classic.believes that the rheumatological disorders are often caused by the interaction of internal and external factors.The internal factors are the lack of Qi and Yang in human body, and the external factors are exogenous wind,cold and dampness evil.According to this theory,the Chinese medicines with the functions of dispelling exogenous wind, cold and dampness can be used to treat rheumatological disorders.In "Golden Chamber",Astragalus root,Aconite,Ephedra,Cassia stem,White atractylodes rhizome and Semen coicis are recommended by the author in the treatment of rheumatological disorders.
