为了明确神经肽Y(NPY),生长抑素(SOM)和降钙素调节基因相关肽(CGRP)能神经与先天性巨结肠症(HD)的关系,采用Sternberger报道的免疫组织化学方法.了解到HD狭窄段内缺乏NPY、SOM和CGAP能神经元胞体,但三种纤维明显增生增粗,并出现小神经干,且NPY、SOM和CGRP能神经支配紊乱,与HD狭窄段痉挛及蠕动不良有关.
為瞭明確神經肽Y(NPY),生長抑素(SOM)和降鈣素調節基因相關肽(CGRP)能神經與先天性巨結腸癥(HD)的關繫,採用Sternberger報道的免疫組織化學方法.瞭解到HD狹窄段內缺乏NPY、SOM和CGAP能神經元胞體,但三種纖維明顯增生增粗,併齣現小神經榦,且NPY、SOM和CGRP能神經支配紊亂,與HD狹窄段痙攣及蠕動不良有關.

Aim:To understand the relationship between Hirschsprung's disease(HD)and neu
ropeptide Y.calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)and somatostatin(SOM)peptidergic nerves
respectively.Method:Using the immunohistochemical essay reported by Sternberger.Results:
The results showed that NPY,CGRP and SOM peptidergic nerve fibers are proliferative in the a
gagnlionic segment of congenital megacolon,and some fiber bundles are found with absence of
nerve cells.Conclusion:These abnormalities may have correlations with the pathophysiology(e.g.
Spasm and absence of propagation of aganglionic segment)of HD.
