对教学单位进行绩效评价的根本目的 是充分调动教学单位的工作积极性、主动性和创造性,促进教师、教学单位与学校共同发展.本文描述了天津医科大学教学单位绩效评价现状,总结了教学单位绩效评价的作用,提出了高等医学院校教学单位绩效评价中值得商榷的问题与完善绩效评价的进一步思考.

The fundamental purpose of performance evaluation on teaching units is to fully motivate
teaching unit's working enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, and to promote the development of teacher,
teaching units and school. This paper describes the status quo of teaching unit performance evaluation in
Tianjin Medical University, sums up the role of performance evaluation on teaching unit and proposes some
suggestions.
