采用溶胶-凝胶工艺成功获得了Ni/Ti摩尔比为0 .1/1的均匀凝胶,然后经过一定时间的老化、干燥得到干凝胶,最后在适当的还原气氛中热 处理制备了Ni-TiO2纳米复合材料。采用XRD和TEM等实验手段对所得纳米复合材料进行分 析和表征,发现可以通过控制热处理条件来控制相结构和晶粒尺寸。采用BET吸附/解吸法进 行了测量,证明这种材料具有介孔尺度的多孔结构,孔径2.8 nm左右,BET比表面积为49.1 m2/g。

Homogeneous gel with the composition 0.1 Ni-1 Ti(in mole%) was synthesized via the sol-gel process. Xerogel was then obtained throu gh aging and drying. The Ni-TiO2 nanocermet was finally prepared by heat trea tment under a suitable reducing atmosphere. The nanocermet thus obtained was exa mined by XRD and TEM. It was detected that the structure and grain sizes could b e manipulated by altering the heat treating conditions. The porosity of the nano cermet was measured by the BET method. The result proved that the nanocermet pos sessed a mesoporous structure with the pore radii of about 2.8 nm and the specif ic surface area of 49.1 m2/g.
