通过接枝马来酸酐(MA),实现了聚烯烃弹性体 乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物(EOCP)的官能化,建立了测定接枝率的方法。EOCP的官能化显著 地改善了它与PA1010的相容性,实现了PA1010的增韧。膜抽提实验证实了原位共聚物的生成 。扫描电镜(SEM)形态分析显示,弹性体的官能化显著地增强了弹性体与PA1010之间的界面粘 合,有效地抑制了弹性体粒子在共混过程中的聚集,使弹性体粒子更细小更均匀地分散于PA10 10基体之中,导致了PA1010的脆韧转变。

A new polyolefin elastomer, ethylene-α -olefin copolymer(EOCP), has been functioned by grafting with maleic anhydrid e(MA) and then used to toughen PA1010. Good results have been achieved in the me chanical properties. The formation of in-situ copolymer between PA1010 and EOCP-g-MA was verified through an extraction test. The morphology was measured by the means of SEM. It was obviously that the grafting of MA on EOCP improves the interfacial adhesion of PA1010 and EOCP, and the in-situ copolymer function s as an emulsifier to prevent the aggregation of elastomer particles during extrusion.
