在盆栽条件下,对一年龄黄花苜蓿(Medicago falcata L.)叶片光合蒸腾特征和光合有效辐射(PAR)、空气CO_2浓度(C_a)、空气相对湿度(RH)、空气温度(T_a)等环境因子的日变化进行测定,并采用相关系数、偏相关系数和逐步回归方法分析了黄花苜蓿光合蒸腾特性日变化与环境因子的关系.结果表明,光合速率(P_n)和蒸腾速率(T_r)日变化均呈单峰曲线,12:00左右达到峰值,并且没有光合"午休"现象. P_n和T_r与PAR之间呈极显著正相关,与其它环境因子相关不显著,这说明对光合蒸腾特征起决定作用的环境因子是PAR.
在盆栽條件下,對一年齡黃花苜蓿(Medicago falcata L.)葉片光閤蒸騰特徵和光閤有效輻射(PAR)、空氣CO_2濃度(C_a)、空氣相對濕度(RH)、空氣溫度(T_a)等環境因子的日變化進行測定,併採用相關繫數、偏相關繫數和逐步迴歸方法分析瞭黃花苜蓿光閤蒸騰特性日變化與環境因子的關繫.結果錶明,光閤速率(P_n)和蒸騰速率(T_r)日變化均呈單峰麯線,12:00左右達到峰值,併且沒有光閤"午休"現象. P_n和T_r與PAR之間呈極顯著正相關,與其它環境因子相關不顯著,這說明對光閤蒸騰特徵起決定作用的環境因子是PAR.

The photosynthetic and transpiration characteristics of one year old Medicago falcata L. and photosynthetic active radiation (PAR), CO_2 concentration in air (C_a), air relative humidity (RH), and air temperature (T_a) were measured under potted conditions and the relationships between the diurnal dynamics of photosynthetic rate (P_n), transpiration rate (T_r) and environmental factors were analyzed by correlation coefficient, partial correlation coefficient, and stepwise multi-regress. The results show that the diurnal dynamics of P_n and T_r was of one-peak curve with the peak appeared at 12:00 pm and no photosynthetic midday depression was detected. P_n and T_r were significantly positively correlated with photo flux density (PFD), but never significantly correlated with other environmental factors. In summary, PAR would be the primary determining factors for the photosynthesis and transpiration characteristics of M. falcata.
