针对瑞平电厂原风水联合冷却冷渣器运行过程中存在的问题,经过查找资料与现场数据统计,有针对性地对冷渣器进行改造,改造后的冷渣器基本解决了原来存在的排渣温度高、进渣量无法控制、进渣水冷套容易泄漏等问题,仅减少灰渣物理热损失一项,可提高锅炉热效率一个百分点。
針對瑞平電廠原風水聯閤冷卻冷渣器運行過程中存在的問題,經過查找資料與現場數據統計,有針對性地對冷渣器進行改造,改造後的冷渣器基本解決瞭原來存在的排渣溫度高、進渣量無法控製、進渣水冷套容易洩漏等問題,僅減少灰渣物理熱損失一項,可提高鍋爐熱效率一箇百分點。

imed at the problem of the original slag cooler with joint cooling of wind and water during the operation in Ruiping Power Plant,based on the information and statistics of site investigation,targeted transformation is done,which basically solved the problem of high temperature slag,uncontrollable slag feed,easy leak of water-cooled set and other issues,and boiler efficiency can be increased by one percentage point by only reducing heat loss of physical ash.
