运用免疫组化ABC法对奶山羊周期黄体中催产素(OT)的定位进行了研究。结果表明,奶山羊周期黄体中存在数量较多的OT免疫反应阳性细胞。OT阳性细胞根据胞质内反应颗粒着色的深浅可分为强阳性、中等阳性和弱阳性细胞3种。阳性细胞在形态上以圆形、卵圆形为主,另有相当数量的细胞具有突起,小梁两侧及黄体中央近腔区域的阳性细胞则多呈现为长梭形。从分布上看,强阳性细胞主要分布于黄体周边,少数散布于中央区域,中等阳性及弱阳性细胞则均匀分布于整个黄体组织中。连续切片HE染色的对照观察显示,奶山羊周期黄体中的OT主要是由大黄体细胞分泌,小黄体细胞也可产生少量的OT。

운용면역조화ABC법대내산양주기황체중최산소(OT)적정위진행료연구。결과표명,내산양주기황체중존재수량교다적OT면역반응양성세포。OT양성세포근거포질내반응과립착색적심천가분위강양성、중등양성화약양성세포3충。양성세포재형태상이원형、란원형위주,령유상당수량적세포구유돌기,소량량측급황체중앙근강구역적양성세포칙다정현위장사형。종분포상간,강양성세포주요분포우황체주변,소수산포우중앙구역,중등양성급약양성세포칙균균분포우정개황체조직중。련속절편HE염색적대조관찰현시,내산양주기황체중적OT주요시유대황체세포분비,소황체세포야가산생소량적OT。
The localization of oxytocin(OT) in dairy goat corpus luteum(CL) during estrous cycle was studied by using avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex(ABC) method of immunohistochemistry.The results showed that there were many oxytocin-immunoreactive(OT-IR) cells in CL.According to the staining color of reactive granules,the positive cells could be divided into intensely,medium and lightly stained cells.The OT-IR cells were mainly spherical and ovoid,in addition,some of them had projects.The positive cells which surrounded the trabecula and located near the lumen were spindle-shaped.Most of intensely stained cells occured in the peripheral area of CL and few of them were located at central area,the me dium and lightly stained cells were equally distributed in whole CL tissue.Accor ding to observation of serial sections staining with haematoxylin and eosin,OT i n CL during estrous cycle were mainly produced by the large luteal cells,but the small luteal cells could not be excluded.
