    目的 探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(hsC-RP)在糖尿病足感染(DFI)患者的变化及临床意义. 方法 将216例DFI患者分为临床症状典型(D)组和非典型(F)组, 测定两组治疗前后的hsC-RP,白细胞(WBC)计数及中性粒细胞百分比(N%). 结果 两组患者hsC-RP,治疗后较治疗前明显下降(P＜0.01). 结论 监测hsC-RP可作为诊断DFI及其转归的敏感指标之一,对于临床症状非典型患者更有临床意义.
    목적 탐토혈청초민C반응단백(hsC-RP)재당뇨병족감염(DFI)환자적변화급림상의의. 방법 장216례DFI환자분위림상증상전형(D)조화비전형(F)조, 측정량조치료전후적hsC-RP,백세포(WBC)계수급중성립세포백분비(N%). 결과 량조환자hsC-RP,치료후교치료전명현하강(P＜0.01). 결론 감측hsC-RP가작위진단DFI급기전귀적민감지표지일,대우림상증상비전형환자경유림상의의.
    Objective To investigate the change of serum highly sensitive C-reactive protein(hsC-RP) in the patients with diabetic foot infection and its clinical significance.Methods 216(patients) with diabetic foot infection(DFI) were divided into two groups: the typical clinical symptom group(D group)(n=104) and the atypical clinical symptom group(F group)(n=112).hsC-RP,white blood cell(WBC) count,the percentage of neutrophil(N%) were measured before and after treatment.Results After treatment,hsC-RP significantly decreased in D group(16.28±3.48 vs 9.34±2.96 mg/L,P<0.01).hsC-RP significantly decreased in F group(13.56±2.76 vs 8.53±2.34 mg/L,P<0.01).Conclusions Monitoring hsC-RP can be as the sensitive index to diagnose DFI and judge its outcome.It is more significant in the patients with atypical clinical symptom.
