文章在研究主齿总成结构及主齿轴承预紧原理的基础上,深入分析了影响主齿轴承预紧的主要因素及其影响机理;针对目前普遍采用的垫片复测系统的不足,提出了优化改进方案,根据产品设计要求,合理利用M-Fa调整范围,使实际预紧控制更容易,提高了生产效率.

This article,on the basis of studying the structure of pinion gear assembly and pinion bearing pre-load mechanism, analyses the main factors which have impact on pinion bearing preload. And according to the deficiency in generally used shim re-checking system,the author optimizes the shim re-checking machine system. By making use of a rational expanding tolerance of the M-F according to the principle of product design, it is easier for the actual pro-load control, and to improve the pinion gear assembly production efficiency.
