从活性污泥中分离出3株聚乙烯醇(PVA)降解菌W1、W2和W3,经筛选试验发现,W1和W3混合菌对PVA的降解效果最好,在48 h内即可完全降解1.0 g/L的PVA.W1和W3混合菌的最佳降解条件:温度为30℃、初始pH值为7.5~8.5、以0.5 g/L的硫酸铵和0.1 g/L的蛋白胨为复合氮源、FeSO4·7H2O投量为0.05 g/L.经形态学观察和16S rDNA同源性分析,初步鉴定W1菌株为Sphingomonas,W3菌株为Phaeospirillum.

Three bacteria strains, W1, W2 and W3 for degradation of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), were isolated from the activated sludge. The results of screening test show that W1 and W3 mixed bacteria have the best degradation effect of PVA and can completely degrade PVA of 1.0 g/L in 48 h. The opti-mal degradation conditions by W1 and W3 mixed bacteria are temperature of 30 ℃, initial pH of 7.5 to 0.05 g/L. The physiological study and homology analysis of 16S rDNA show that W1 and W3 are Sphin-gomonas and Phaeospirillum respectively.
