从40个样品中分离到112株芽孢菌,其中有2株为Bt,占1.8%;从城市污水和啤酒厂生物处理系统中分别分离到1株Bt:采用cry1-cry11、cyt、vip3A、aiiA和inhA引物对BRC-WLY1和BRC-WLY2进行PCR扩增,发现2株Bt含有cry1 (cry1Ag、cry1Ba、cry1Gb、cry1La)、cry2Ac、vip3A、aiiA杀虫基因,其中BRC-WLY1还含有inhA基因.
從40箇樣品中分離到112株芽孢菌,其中有2株為Bt,佔1.8%;從城市汙水和啤酒廠生物處理繫統中分彆分離到1株Bt:採用cry1-cry11、cyt、vip3A、aiiA和inhA引物對BRC-WLY1和BRC-WLY2進行PCR擴增,髮現2株Bt含有cry1 (cry1Ag、cry1Ba、cry1Gb、cry1La)、cry2Ac、vip3A、aiiA殺蟲基因,其中BRC-WLY1還含有inhA基因.
종40개양품중분리도112주아포균,기중유2주위Bt,점1.8%;종성시오수화비주엄생물처리계통중분별분리도1주Bt:채용cry1-cry11、cyt、vip3A、aiiA화inhA인물대BRC-WLY1화BRC-WLY2진행PCR확증,발현2주Bt함유cry1 (cry1Ag、cry1Ba、cry1Gb、cry1La)、cry2Ac、vip3A、aiiA살충기인,기중BRC-WLY1환함유inhA기인.
One hundred and twelve colonies of Bacillus were isolated from 40 samples, of which 2 colonies (accounted for 1. 8%) were B.thuringiensis. Among them one colony was Bt isolation, BRC-WLY1 was obtained from activated-sludge system environments from two urban sewage-digestive plants, and another Bt isolate (BRC-WLY2) was got from brewery sewage-digestive plant. The genes of cry1-cry11, cyt, vip3A, aiiA and inhA were amplified using specific primers. It showed that the two bacterial strains contained cry1 (cry1Ag, cry1Ba, cry1Gb,cry1La), cry2Ac, vip3A and aiiA genes, and BRC-WLY1 had inhA gene.
