采用均匀包裹沉淀法制得的CuO/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,利用XRD对催化剂的物相结构进行了表征,并应用于微波诱导氧化工艺中,考察了催化剂投加量、微波功率、微波辐照时间等因素对活性艳模拟废水处理效果的影响.结果显示,在催化剂投加量为2g/L,微波功率为720W,辐照时间为3min的条件下,处理50mg/L的活性艳蓝脱色率可达到95.3%.
採用均勻包裹沉澱法製得的CuO/γ-Al_2O_3催化劑,利用XRD對催化劑的物相結構進行瞭錶徵,併應用于微波誘導氧化工藝中,攷察瞭催化劑投加量、微波功率、微波輻照時間等因素對活性豔模擬廢水處理效果的影響.結果顯示,在催化劑投加量為2g/L,微波功率為720W,輻照時間為3min的條件下,處理50mg/L的活性豔藍脫色率可達到95.3%.

CuO/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst were prepared by homogenous precipitation-coated method and applied to microwave induced oxidation process. The crystal structures of catalysts were characterized through XRD. Effects of catalyst dosage, microwave power and microwave irradiation time on the color removal of Reactive Brilliant Blue simulated wastewater were investigated. Results showed that color removal of Reactive Brilliant Blue of 50mg/L was 95.3% after 3rain treatment of 2g/L catalyst at microwave power of 720W.
